Villa Feyrouz

As the name of the villa suggests, Villa Feyrouz is an architectural achievement naturally combining contemporary design on the heights of Vitet, while enjoying incredible views of the sea and the hills.

The first of the five bedrooms is housed in an independent bungalow at the beginning of the property. It enjoys a spacious and complete layout with a fully functional kitchenette, a living room and a private terrace with a jacuzzi.

Two additional guest bedrooms are located on the same level as the main living area, and are also independent. Each of the elegant bedrooms and their bathrooms feature a neutral tone, dotted with pops of colour. A charming outdoor lounge separates the bedrooms from the main house.

Upon entering the villa’s main living area, you are greeted by high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows along the walls, ensuring the stunning sea views that take center stage. To your right is the custom-made dining table for ten guests and the stylish and well-equipped kitchen. The living room is on the right, and to make sure all eyes are on the view, the TV is hidden with a custom elevator, but readily available for guests to enjoy. Separating the two spaces is a recessed glass staircase, which leads to two additional guest bedrooms downstairs, each with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces.

The outdoor areas have a covered lounge and sunny corners to relax by the pool.

Recently completed, this villa combines the natural materials of stone, wood and glass to complement this sober and tasteful design. Villa Feyrouz is ideal for a large group of friends travelling together as it offers each guest privacy through spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.
