Villa GRACE, located high above Anse des Cayes, is an architectural masterpiece that embodies elegance and luxury. Perched on a hillside and harmoniously integrated into Caribbean nature, it offers guests spectacular panoramic ocean views. Designed to offer an exclusive living experience, the villa is distinguished by its refined, intimate atmosphere, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

The villa is built on two levels. The main rooms, such as the living room and dining room, are open to the outside, offering a perfect fusion of inside and outside, under the effect of the trade winds and tropical climate.

The villa has two terraces, one at the front, facing the sea, and the other at the rear, shaded and embellished with a fountain and garden furniture. The front terrace features a heated infinity pool.

The villa has six bedrooms, all facing the ocean, offering total privacy to its occupants. Three bedrooms are on the main level and three on the lower level. Each is equipped with en-suite bathrooms, some with outdoor showers for a unique experience in the middle of nature.
