The voluminous first floor of the villa features an airy and open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings and rich wood and earth tones throughout. A comfortable living room greets you upon your arrival at Villa Yellowbird. Just off of the air-conditioned living area is the modern kitchen and dining areas and the cozy media room.

The well-equipped kitchen opens directly to the custom dining table, with seating for ten. Giving way to the wrap around terrace and spectacular sea views. The main level features three of the four bedrooms, all with king sized beds and ensuites. One of the bedrooms has twin beds that can be separated depending upon your needs. The fourth bedroom and ensuite are housed in a separate bungalow on the lower level and have a lovely sea view from its private terrace.

This incredible property also features a fitness room and sea view that will inspire you during your workout.

The outdoor space is convivial, with plenty of seating, dining and reading nooks to be found. Rounding out the outdoor space is the plunge pool for a refreshing dip. The owners have previewed a larger pool in the very near future.
