- How to become a host?

Once all paperwork is done, we officialy represent your property. With your trust we will put our expertise at work to enhance your villa and find the right client for you.
- How the payment works?
We can wire or prepare a cheque for you. Upon signing the mandate, we offer you the possibility to choose which payment method best works for you.
- How reservation and cancelation works?
Payment:
• Terms of Payment : The Principal acknowledges and agrees that the payment terms provided by Island Chic Villas Agency for its tenants are as follows:
• 30% of the total amount of the rental to be paid to the agent upon reservation • Balance of the total amount of the rental to be paid to the agent at the latest 60 days before the arrival in the premises (90 days for a rental during the festive period from December 15th to January 5th).
• Payment to the owner : The payment relating to the hirings could be exigible by the owner at least the day after the departure of the tenants and once deduced the sums concerning the possible technical interventions during the hiring (repairs, maintenance…) with the agreement of the owner.
• Cancellation : In case of cancellation, no compensation will be due to the owner if the villa is re-rented for close or similar dates. If the villa is not re-rented, the owner will only be able to demand 75% of the sums received by the agency. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the agency will retain its commission in proportion to the amounts paid.
Our cancellation conditions
If a Client wishes to cancel their reservation in whole or in part, or if the reservation is cancelled by Island Chic villas for non-payment, Island Chic villas will retain the following percentage of the gross rental price:
• 60 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the gross rental amount
• Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the gross rental amount
• 29 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the gross rental amount
Special case
During the “Christmas/New Year’s Day” period between December 15 and January 10 of the following year, the conditions for cancellation by the client are as follows
• 90 days or more before the arrival date: 30% of the gross rental amount
• 89 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the gross rental amount
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Island Chic Villas by mail or e-mail. No-shows, late arrivals, changes in the number of people in the Client’s party after arrival, and early departures are not eligible for refund.
