What is included in the price?
The price includes welcome on arrival, accompaniment to the villa, cleaning service every day except Sundays and public holidays, welcome products, free wifi and assistance.
Are additional costs or taxes added to the stay?
In addition to the weekly rate for your villa, the 5% tourist tax and 10% booking fee are added.
What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is a 5% tourist tax imposed by the local government on all villa rentals on the island.
What is the cancellation policy?
The parties agree between themselves that if a Client wishes to cancel his reservation in whole or in part, or if the reservation is canceled by St Barth Immo for non-payment, St Barth Immo is then entitled to the following percentage of the gross rental price.
• 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the gross rental amount.
• Between 59 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the gross rental amount.
• 29 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the gross rental amount.
During the “Christmas/New Year’s Day” period between December 15 and January 10 of the following year, the conditions for cancellation by the customer are as follows:
• 90 days or more before the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the gross rental amount.
• 89 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the gross rental amount.
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to by fax or e-mail. The fact that the Customer does not show up, late arrivals, changes in the number of people in the Customer’s group after arrival and early departures do not give rise to reimbursement.
Is there a security deposit?
During your stay, the credit card that was used during the reservation will be kept in a confidential file in case of damage or additional costs. There will be no security deposit taken upon arrival.
How many people can I invite to my villa?
The capacity of the villa depends on the number of rooms rented, the rule is two people per room.
Does the villa include housekeeping services?
In the rental of your villa is included a daily cleaning except Sundays and public holidays. A laundry service may be offered at an additional cost.
Can you make restaurant reservations and day trips for us?
Our team will be delighted to help you with reservations, excursions and other services. As islanders, we will advise you on the new hottest restaurant and which activity you should not miss on before departing the island.

Is the passport necessary to arrive on the island?
For USA, Canadians and European Union citizens, you will need a valid passport. Some visitors will need a special visa, for more information contact the French consulate.
What is the local time on the island?
St Barths is located in the Atlantic Time Zone, which is an hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time or in the same time zone depending on the time of year.
What is the current local currency?
The local currency is the Euro, but the American dollar is accepted everywhere.
What language is spoken on the island?
The official language of the island is French but the inhabitants also speak English.
How do I charge my electronic devices?
The electrical voltage of St. Barth is 220v, we strongly recommend that you bring an adapter.
Can I bring my pet?
Of course you can! Just make sure you have an updated rabies vaccination with a 5 day dated medical certificate within five days of your arrival. We will have to confirm that the owner of the villa accepts the presence of your animal before your arrival.
